The room had a really strong musty smell, which was super off-putting. Even though it looked nice, we couldn't get past the odor. I mean, the staff was friendly and all, but that smell just lingered. Kind of bummed it was so noticeable. I've stayed in better places for sure.

The beds were uncomfortable, with hard springs that made it impossible to rest well, forcing an early wake-up. The carpet was torn and the leather chair in the room was damaged, giving off an unkempt impression. On a slightly positive note, the omelettes at breakfast were decent but overshadowed by the overall poor quality of food options. The pool area was appalling, with overwhelming chemicals and a non-functioning hot tub that was filthy. I certainly wouldn't recommend staying here.

Needs a serious makeover

The stay started off rough and just got worse. Had some plumbing issues with the wrong hot and cold water, and the room had a weird mold smell. The breakfast was not great–we ended up skipping it after the first day. On the flip side, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Just not the cleanest vibe overall.

Provide better signage for senior accessibility.

We had a great time during our group getaway! The beds were comfy and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed visiting Pelican Harbor Aquatic Park and exploring the local area. The breakfast options helped us start our mornings right. Although there was a slight musty smell at times, it didn’t ruin our fun!

One downside was that the elevator was broken during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient after a long day out. Luckily, the hotel wasn’t that tall, so we managed.

Cozy and chill stay

Check-in was smooth and staff was super nice. The lobby was warm since the pool's right there, which was kinda nice. Room had comfy pillows, but they were really firm. Breakfast was fine, just wish I saw some fruit options. The only bummer was the hair dryer being broken. But overall, it worked for me.
